At Restaurant De Librije, we, in collaboration with wine suppliers, develop exceptional food and wine combinations especially for lovers of gastronomy. A lunch will be composed under the guidance of the best chefs and sommeliers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Together with their sommeliers, these chefs will stand at the helm to present a sensational and sublimely coordinated six-course menu. Some of the world’s top winegrowers will be supplying the wines. Each chef and sommelier will be responsible for 1 course.
